Our Accomplishments for 2010 – Agualongo Pre-School in Cotacachi, Ecuador

School Environment

  • Electricity
  • Clean updated classrooms
  • New bathroom

Education

  • School supplies by suitcases from visitors to Ecuador
  • Teacher training program twice every month
  • Expats are involved in volunteer work

Events

  • Christmas party for 60 children from 18 months to 5 years old
  • Medical mission in April 2010 – doctors will return in spring of 2011

Natural Awakening magazine in Naples fl – January 2011 issue

El Commercio newspaper – largest in Ecuador – completing a story on humanitarian work and Agualongo School is the focal point. Ten of us expats were interviewed.
